The real estate market across the nation has been challenging the last couple years. Property values have drooped a bit as buyer interest has lessened. Here are some graphs and analysis that can help try and quantify the changes and explain the current market conditions in Wauwatosa Wisconsin.

In my opinion one of the best for this purpose is the price per square foot of individual sold properties. This graph shows each of the single family properties sold over the last five years in Wauwatosa charted by sold price per square foot and by date. To make the trend more clear I've added a polynomial trendline.
