A collection of some of my "Pet Peeves." As a Real Estate Broker for over 19 years I've had plenty of time to find the most annoying things in this business. I have always made sure to let my Customers and Clients know when our conversation has shifted from "fact" to "opinion." This section is most certainly my PERSONAL OPINION. In fact, notice the picture to the left... not both of us, just me. :) I believe "Great Information leads to Great Decisions" and as always, I tell it like it is! That's NOT a "Saltbox"
Nearly everyone gets it wrong, probably even you. A quick lesson on what is, and is not, a Saltbox. Especially for Real Estate Agents & Builders!

Landscaping for privacy
Don't forget the PRIVACY part. A few suggestions on how to do it right. Do you have 20 years to wait for the privacy?

About "Assistants"
I've had an opportunity to work with many of these Agents and their assistants and it always leaves me wondering... Is it really better for the Seller?

"All appointments thru Lister"
What, don't they go to the bathroom? A terrible way to set-up showing appointments. Make sure it doesn't happen to you!

Don't cut THAT commission
Is your listing Real Estate Broker telling you everything? How much is the Co-Broke offered? Don't cut yourself "cutting a deal."

Remember, "That's what I think, but... who cares what I think?"
