I would like to welcome you to our web site! I first created this site in late 1996, completed a major update in early 2000 then in late 2004, and most recently in February 2007. It is also maintained on a regular basis. I have always worked hard to offer a great "browsing experience" and have included lots of real estate information, fast loading pages and graphics, clear navigation, and help when you need it.

What is timvw.com?		It's Great Information about metro Milwaukee WI Real Estate. I believe everyone, with enough Great Information, will make a Great Decision!
How much information is there?		Over 300 pages of detailed information about the many aspects of real estate for the entire metro Milwaukee WI area.
What can I do with it?		No matter whether you're Buying or Selling real estate in the metro Milwaukee area, the more you know the better decision you'll make.
What kind of real estate information?		Average sold prices, individual sold prices, property tax rates, school district performance, commute times, weather data, municipality real estate profiles, maps, area links, my listings, pet peeves and more.
What about average sales prices?		Info for all 72 municipalities in the metro Milwaukee area shown by single family, two family and condominium.
Property tax rates?		Imagine average property tax rates calculated from every one of the actual sales from the last year. The tax rate information is shown on a map, a chart and in a table.
What can you tell me about the "municipality real estate profiles"?		It is detailed information about the features of real estate in each of the 72 municipalities! Things like percentage of homes of different styles, ages, lot sizes and the average sold prices of the different types and styles of property. All this and more shown with pie charts, column charts, line graphs and more.
What about school info?		A graphic and table showing post graduation information and matriculation rates for each of the school districts.
What if a graphic doesn't seem to make sense to me?		If you see "virtual Tim" on the upper left of the page, click him for a detailed description and a comment on what the information means.
What else?		I've included custom municipality and county maps, weather data for the whole year, area links, commute time info, current and past property listings, my real estate pet peeves and much more... That's timvw.com
